Ooh, ooh, I know this one! I personally have not tried it, but tuning 5D up half a note is very common and sometimes called "country tuning". It's also the basis for Lee Oskar's Melody Maker harps, although he also tunes 3D up a whole note. See http://leeoskar.com/mmaker.html
